Ricotta Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup part skim or fat free Ricotta Cheese1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract, organic4 packets of Splenda1/8 tsp of Konjac powder
Directions
Preheat pan on medium heat and coat pan with Pam butter flavored spray. In a small bowl whisk together all ingrediants except for the Konjac powder. For thicker pancakes add Konjac powder to desired consistency. Use 1/8 cup to put mixture into a preheated pan. Cook until brown on each side. Top with sugar free/ calorie free syrup.

Serving Size: Makes on serving 3-4 small pancakes
