Renee's Creamy Dahl Soup

Ingredients
1 package tofu4 cups cooked lentils2 cups carrots1/2 cup vegetable stock1 clove garlic2 T. curry1 T. tumeric1/2 T. cumin
Directions
Place carrots, garlic and stock in a saucepan over med-high heat. Let boil until carrots are just cooked.

In the mean time, blend tofu, lentils and spices in a blender (Note: leave the lentils out if you like a chunkier soup/dahl).

Stir the tofu mixture into the carrots; heat through. Serve warm.

Serving Size: 2 large bowls of soup or 6 servings of dahl
