Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
5 carrots, chopped6 celery stalks, sliced1 large onion, chopped3 zucchinis, sliced or chopped1 cup bell pepper, chopped (any color)2 x 28oz cans of chopped tomatoes8 cups beans (your favorites)1 Tbsp ground cumin4 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp cinnamon2 Tbsp oreganosalt to taste
Directions
Chop or slice all vegetables to your size preference. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
