Garden Veggie omlet (with out oil)

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 mediumEgg white, fresh, 2 mediumMilk - 1tbspOnions, raw, 1 tbsp choppedYellow Peppers (bell peppers), 6 stripsMushrooms, fresh, 1 largeCheddar Cheese, 0.5 slice (1 oz)chilli powder (5g), 1 tsp Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1 oz
Directions
Beat the 2 eggs and milk with little salt and chilli powder and the add all the ingradients and mix well. pour it onto a hot omlet pam sprayed with PAM. Cook covered for 3mins and then broil for 1min on high. add some cheese and slide the omlet onto a plate. Enjoy and very filling Breakfast.
