Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
3 Cans (14 1/2oz each) Vegetable Broth2 pkg (9oz each) refrigerate spinach (or cheese) tortellini1 Can (14 1/2oz) diced tomatoes (Italian style)4 Scallions chopped2 Garlic Cloves minced1 tsp dried basilFreshly grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat
Add tortellini, tomatoes w/juice, scallions, garlic, and basil
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes
Garnish with cheese when served.
