Ingredients
2 large eggs1 large mushroom1 tbsp chives25g mild cheddar cheese1tsp olive oil
Directions
Fry mushrroms gently add beaten egg, cheese and chives cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until egg is cooked through.
Place under grill after until cheese is golden brown if preferred
