Veggies are shredded - Noodles cooked 3-5 minutes drain and cool. Also added fresh mixed herbs from garden. Add dried if you do not have fresh. Basil, parsley, cilantro about 2 Tbsp chopped. whisk herbs sauces and ground or crushed nuts ( any nut will do. mix in the rest. eat
