Ingredients
2 lbs of tomatoes1 cup cherry tomatoes1/4 olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegarfresh basil leaves (chopped)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Toss together with cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper for dressing. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Serves 4.
