Texas Caviar3-16 oz cans of black beans (drained and rinsed)2-8 oz cans of Shoepeg corn (same as white corn)2-16 oz cans of tomatoes with diced jalapeņos2 16 oz cans of chopped tomatoes1 bunch of green onions3 peppers - 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green - chopped2 jalapeņos diced (optional)1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/4 cup of lemon juicedash of cumin (if you have it)1 clove of garliccayenne pepperchili powdergarlic salt1 bunch of cilantro- choppedMix in a big bowl (cilantro and jalepenos optional)
Add garlic salt, a dash of ground cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, and lots of chili powder
