Italian Beef & Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1.25 lb lean ground turkey 1 lb lean ground beef2 clove garlic crushed1/2 tsp dried oregano1 tsp smoky paprika powder1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 c. Italian or Garlic & Herb bread crumbs2 eggs lightly beaten1/4 of a chicken or beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
Directions
Combine ingredients with clean hands. Form into 10 patties and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Spray grill with cooking spray and bring to medium heat (you should be able to hold your hand over the heat for about 10 seconds). Place patties on the grill and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes; flip to cook other side. Cook until burgers reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 10 burgers, slightly over 4 oz each (uncooked weight)
