Ingredients:*Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (Sunflower Oil, .5 cup )Egg, fresh, 2 large Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) mashedBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Salt, 1 dash
Mix wet ingredients; in seperate bowl mix dry ingredients then add to wet. Mix well. Grease bottom only of loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45 min or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
