Crock Pot Pork & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 2-lb bag sauerkraut, undrained1 meduim onion, sliced3 pound pork roast1.5 tsp A1 Savory Pepper seasoning
Directions
Place onion inbottom of crock pot. Layer sauerkraut on top of onion. Coat both sides of pork roast with seasoning and place on top of sauerkraut. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
