14 oz chicken smoked sausage2 large green peppers2 large red peppers5-6 garlic cloves, minced1 large onion1 T olive oil
Directions


Chop all veggies & sausage to uniform size. Heat oil on medium heat. Add all ingredients. Saute until done ~ 15-20 minutes
