Juicy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1lb of ground turkey, 93% lean1/2 cup green Bell Peppers, finely chopped1/2 cup raw onion, finely chopped2 cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped1 large egg whiteBarbecue sauce, to taste Horseradish sauce, to tasteLettuceTomato, slicedWhole grain thin sliced buns
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Grill or broil 9 to 11 minutes turning once. Place on buns. Top with
lettuce, tomato slice and favorite sauce. Enjoy.
