Scalloped Potatoes Francesca's way

Ingredients
Golden Yukon potatoes, Xtra Cheddar Cheese grated, Gouda Cheese grated, mostard, nutmeg, butter to grease a baking pan
Directions
Peel the potatoes, and then slice very thin. Grate the cheese. Grease the baking pan - possibly a tall one - with some butter. Put a layer of potatoes, then some of the cheese. Keep doing the layer finishing with the potatoes. Pour one cup of milk over, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 4 servings.
