Ingredients
51 oz (2 750 ml bottles) Vodka3.5 C Water2.5 C SugarLemon peels (15 lemons)
Directions
Peel lemons with lemon peeler (try to not get any white skin)
Place lemon peels in large glass jar
Pour 750 ml vodka over the lemons
Let rest for 1 week or longer
Boil water and add sugar - let cool completely
Add syrup mixture to vodka/lemon peels
Add 750 ml vodka and cover again and let sit for up 80 days
Serve cold from fridge or freezer
