Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c walnuts2 cups cubed cooked chicken1 cup fat free mayonnaise2 ribs celery diced1 apple cored, diced1/2 cup raisins
Directions
On microwave safe plate, microwave walnuts until toasted and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Cool. In large bowl, combine cubed chicken, mayonnaise, celery, apple, raisins, toasted walnuts. 1/4 tsp salt and pepper if desired. Serve over mixed greens. Serves 4.
