Pork Chop Crock Pot

Ingredients
Place 3 slices of onion in bottom of crock pot. Cover with 6 thin pork chops. Cover them with 1 Can of cream of muchroom soup and 1 cup of beef broth. Mix in 1 can rotel mild and stir. Cut potatoes into large chunks and add along with the mini carrots. Cook on low for 6 hrs. If desires...Before serving mix 1 tablespoon corn starch with 1/4 cup water and add to thinken.Serve with rice if you like.
Directions
Makes 6 1 cup servings. Delicious over brown rice.
