Ingredients
1 c. Steel cut oats1 T. Cinnamon1 c. Craisins4 c. Lite Soy Milk1/2 c. Ground Flaxseed1/2 c. Sliced or slivered Almonds2 c. Water
Directions
Spray crockpot well with Pam. Add all ingredients and stir well. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
