Crock Pot Italian Beef Stew

1/3 lb beef arm or chuck roast1/2 small or medium onion, sliced into chunks4 medium sized white potatoes, peeled and cubed4 large carrots, peeled and slicedOregano and basil1 beef boillon cube1 cup waterLater to finish the dish -1 can peas, drained1/2 cup to 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Place the bouillon cube into the bottom of a slow cooker. Layer on top peeled and sliced carrots, peeled and cubed potatoes, and the beef. Place onion on top of beef and sprinkle oregano and bail on top. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
When done, remove vegetables and beef and place in a pot on the stove. Do not add the cooking liquid. Discard. Drain 1 can of peas and add to the pot. Add 1 cup of your favorite tomato or spaghetti sauce, heat until hot again and service.
