Pasta Carbonara Florentine

Ingredients
SaltSpinachBaconfresh onionTofu NoodlesParmesan Cheeseegg white
Directions
wilt spinach with salt and pepper (set aside)
Cook bacon in pan, remove from pan and reserve 1 tbs of bacon grease. Cook onions in bacon grease until translucent.
Add in Spinach and noodles (prepare noodles according to direction on package).
Whisk together the egg, egg white and cheese, add to noodle mixture. Cook for a few more minutes add in the crumbled bacon stir and eat.
