Ingredients
1/2C Water1C Splenda No Calorie Sweetner1 1/3C Instant NonFat Dry Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Whirl at high speed until mixture is creamy. (I use my Magic Bullet for about 30 seconds.) Refridgerate over night. Equivilant to a can of sweetened condensed milk.

    I made this last night and must admit I was skeptical at first but after it thickened and I did the 'dip a finger in' taste test I was very happily surprised! I used a different sweetener but it wouldn't really matter which one you used....this turns out exactly the same as condensed milk!!!! - 1/3/08
