Ingredients
250 g plain white flour125 g unsalted butter, room temperature1 egg yolk40 g white sugar50 ml water400g fresh purple plums60 g almonds, ground40 g cassonade/brown sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon26 cm diameter mould
Directions
flour+butter+yolk+sugar+water=base
put ground almonds on base. put halved plums (stone removed) on almonds. sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
