Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.4 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk
    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup, sliced Mangos
    1.0 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.5 cup Flour, white

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender or mix properly in a bowl using a whisk. Allow to cool in the fridge for 2-48hrs. Grease a pan with oil or oil spray. Pour in a little of the batter, quickly swirl the pan gently to so the batter spreads evenly. Cook till surface is firm then flip to other side and cook till slightly brown. Serve with honey and fruits. Serving Size: Makes 10 medium size
