Fat and calories are a little high but nice for a special occasion. Using low fat cream cheese and crescents would help lower calories and fat .
This can be made the night before and refrigerated. It sets up better when it has been refrigerated .

You could further cut it using egg substitute and oil instead of butter. I raised my kids on this muffin recipe - and have since made it a bit more healthy.
