HCG P2 Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
400 grams of ground meat, already cooked (chicken, turkey or lean beef)1 yellow pepper, diced1 red pepper, diced½ onion diced (or 1 tsp onion powder)1 can no salt added diced tomatoes2 packets stevia2 tsp garlic salt1 tsp Apple Cider VinegarCayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground meat, drain off any fat and set aside.

Mix the peppers, onion and tomatoes and cook in a skillet until the peppers are soft. I like my joes not so chunky so when the peppers were soft I poured all of the contents in the blender and blended slightly.

Add meat to the mixture, then add the stevia, salt, Apple Cider vinegar and cayenne pepper to taste. Stir together and let cook over medium heat to let flavors combine.
