2 eggs1/4 tsp sea salt2 cups 1% milk1 tsp Vanillia1 tsp artificial sweetner (sugar twin)nutmeg and Cinnimon sprinkled
serves 6 people. 1 milk exchange
1. Beat eggs add salt
2. pour scalded milk slowly over eggs beating with fork
add vanilla and sweetner
pour into custard cups
sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnimon
set cups in shallow pan of hot water
bake 325oF for 30 minutes.
