Homemade tortillas made with coconut oil & white flour

Ingredients
3 cups flour1 TB kosher salt1/4 cup coconut oil1 cup warm water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl until a dough forms. Place dough on floured surface and knead to a smooth ball.
Separate out 15 small balls of dough, smoothing between your hands. Lay on floured surface.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the ball of dough into a small tortilla. Don't roll too thin.
Place in heated, non-greased cast iron skillet. (Pan should be very warm but not blazing hot) Let brown on first side, about 1 minute if pan is warm enough. Flip to brown the other side. Place in warm oven to keep warm for service.
