Ingredients
red ripe tomatoes - 3 large, choppedwhite onion- 1 large choppedserrano chilies- 4 choppedfresh garlic - 3 cloves pressedlemon juice- 1 tbspsalt- 1 tsp
Directions
Chop all ingredients up into similar sizes excluding the salt, juice, and garlic. Place in large glass or plastic bowl, don't use metal. Put the peeled cloves of garlic through a garlic press, then squeeze in lemon juice or add to salsa from the bottle. Sprinkle salt and blend together, best when served cold.
