Ingredients
Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 2 medium - peeled and choppedAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 oz Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Dates, 5 dates- pitted and choppedAlmonds, 13 almond unsalted
Directions
Chop carrots and dates, add to blender. Pulse a few times, add almonds and almond milk. Blend. Add 2 cups of ice, blend till smooth. Garnish with cinnamon. SOO GOOD!

    Tasty! 2 cups of ice seems a bit much. It took 3 runs with the Vitamix to turn it from a slushie to a smoothie. I'm thinking too that replacing milk with buttermilk would add an interesting layer of flavor. - 3/6/15
