Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

Pork Tenderloin, 3 oz (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Chicken Broth, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*fat free half and half, 4 tbsp (remove)*Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)*lemon juice, Great Value, 1 tsp (remove)
Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high. A pork and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned and done. Transfer pork to a plate and keep warm. Add broth to pan, scraping brown bits. Stir in half and half, mustard and lemon juice. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 6 minutes or until slightly thick. Spoon over pork; sprinkle with parsley.
