Gammon with Leeks in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
200g Gammon Steak (divided into 4 portions)3 tsp mustard1 cup light whipping cream (NOT whipped)3 leeks, trimmed & sliced5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray1 cup nonfat milk1 tsp black pepper1 dash salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit / 160 degrees Celsius.
Dry fry the leeks in ICBINB spray until soft. Put into an ovenproof dish to make an even layer.
Spread the mustard on the gammon steaks and place on top of the leeks.
Mix the milk with the cream, salt & pepper. Pour over the gammon & leeks.
Cover VERY TIGHTLY in tinfoil.
Cook for 45 mins.

Serve with mash & peas (not included in NI). ENJOY!!!
