Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
6 Roma Tomatos, seeded and chopped1 English cucmber, chopped10 Green Onions, chopped1 Cup Parsley, chopped fineJuice from one lemon1/4 cup Olive OilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Gently toss the tomatos, cucumber, onions, and parsley until thoroughly mixed (I used my bare hands as it allowed me control and prevented the tomatos from bruising too much). Add in the lemon juice and olive oil and toss again until all veggies are coated. Salt and pepper to taste.
