Ingredients
Egg whites (6 eggs), vanilla extract (1 tablespoon), cinnamon (1 tablespoon), stevia (2 tablespoons), unsweetened applesauce (1 cup), whey protein powder (6 scoops), oats (2 cups)
Directions
Mix ingredients, preheat oven to 325 degrees, spray pam on a cooking sheet and make six cookies, cook for about 20 minutes.
