Savoury Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped12 grape tomatoes, quartered1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried dilldash of cayenne pepperdash of ground black pepper
Directions
Chop cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Chop onion finely. Halve or quarter the tomatoes and squeeze out pulp. Throw everything into a mixing bowl and mix well.

    Used 2 percent cottage cheese & lemon pepper. Good but doesn`t store well (gets watery). I`ll make this often. Thanks for the recipe. This recipe makes 2 servings, definitely not 4. - 5/13/12
