Tangy Coleslaw with Grilled Chicken

1 bag coleslaw mix4 medium scallions1/2 cup mandarin orange segments2 tablespoons slivered almounds1/3 cup orange marmalade1/4 cup rice vinegar1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon dark sesame oil1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot1 teaspoon salt
1.Place the cloleslay mix in the a large bowl. Cut and discard the tiop of the scallions with the stringy end. Cut green onions into thin slices, including some of the green part and add to coleslaw mix.
2. Add the marmalade, vinegar,sugar,oil,gingerroot adn salt to the coleslaw mix. Mix with large spoon until evenly coated with the dressing.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Grill chicken breast while coleslaw mix is chilling
