Thanksgiving turkey burgers

Ingredients
1/2 a packet of Jennie-o extra lean ground turkey1/4 cup bread crumbs1 large egg1 large stalk of celery ( about 1.5 Tbs ) chopped3 baby carrots chopped2 Tbs dried cranberries1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
1. Chop carrots, celery and dried cranberries.
2. Mix the turkey, egg and bread crumbs together. 3. Add the chopped carrots, celery and cranberries and mix together.
4. Make four balls and cook on stove using the olive oil to lightly coat the pan. You will need the oil because their is hardly any fat in the turkey and it will stick to the pan.
