Home-made peanut butter cookie Larabar

Ingredients
1/2 c peanuts, dry roasted, unsalted1/2 c chopped, pitted dates1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high speed until pureed. If ingredients do not thicken and form a ball (like a dough ball) after 1 min, add a small amount of water in 1 tsp increments until a ball forms. Separate ball into 3 pieces, shape to your heart's content, and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
