Potato Salad for Two

Ingredients
1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise4 tablespoons chopped celery2 tablespoons chopped onion2tablespoons pickle relish, drained2 teaspoons mustard1 teaspoon cider vinegarsalt and pepper to taste2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, except the potato.
2. Add potato and toss to coat.
3. Chill for one hour.
