Energy Revving Granola (2oz serving)

Ingredients
2 c. rolled oats1/2 c ground flax seeds2 TBSP whole flax seeds1/4 c. coconut oil1/3 c. honey1/2 c. slivered almonds1/2 c. blueberries or apples, or cherries
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place contents on a silmat mat or a heavily sprayed cookie sheet. Place in oven @ 300 degrees and stir every 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. Take out let cool and then break up and store in an airtight ziploc
