Cola Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken1 cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup1 tbsp dried minced onion1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp Tobasco sauce 12 oz diet soda made with Splenda
Directions
Cut each chicken breast in half. Lightly season with salt & pepper.

Brown chicken over medium high heat in olive oil. Does not need to be fully cooked. Remove and set aside on paper towel. Drain pan.

Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining ingredients to pan and stir. Once it starts to boil add chicken back in. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover.

Continue simmering while covered for 30 minutes.

Remove cover, stir, and simmer an additional 30 minutes or so uncovered to to reduce and thicken the sauce. Stir occasionally.

You can shred the chicken or leave as chunks.
