Spicy Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded1/2 head red cabbage, shredded1 small sweet onion, sliced thin2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped1 clove garlic, finely minced3 tbsps fresh cilantro, chopped4 tbsps rice vinegar juice of 2 limeszest of 2 limes3 tbsps mayobcumin, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together and chill. I dished mine out into 6 smaller tupperware containers so I could grab one quickly when packing lunch for work. Awesome with chicken, shrimp, or fish.

Even better the next day after the flavors have married together in the fridge.

The next time I make this I will probably cut the mayo down to 1 tbsp. The mayo just helps cut the acidity of the lime juice and vinegar.
