Broccoli Cheese Keish

1 pckg Low Fat Cream Cheese (8oz or 250g)1/2 cup alted butter1.5 cups All Purpose Flour9 Eggs1/3 cup Milk1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 1/2 cups Broccoli, finely diced6 tbsp shredded Parmesan or Roman cheese
- Pre-heat oven to 350*F and grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
- Cream together softened cream cheese and butter, add flour and mix/knead until dough is smooth.
- divide dough into 15 equal parts and press one into each muffin tin and up the sides.
- divide cheese and broccoli equally among the 15 shells.
- in a bowl, whip the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. pour equal amounts into each of the 5 tins.
- bake for 15-20 minutes (until crust and egg is browned). Turn out of the pan to cool and serve.
