Slow Cooker Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
8 ounces raw boneless skinless chicken breastdash of saltdash of pepper12 ounces turkey kielbasaOne 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles (not drained)3 cups reduced sodium low fat chicken broth1 medium onion chopped (I used Vidalia) 1.5 teaspoons cajun seasoning (this was not listed up there because I could not find it in the data base)1 tsp worcestshire sauce1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp paprika
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients and lightly stir. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours OR 7-8 hours on low. Remove chicken and place in a large bowl and shred it using 2 forks-one to hold it in place and the other to scrape across the chicken and shred it. Return shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir the gumbo. Season up with additional salt and pepper if desired.
