16 oz. lowfat cream cheese, softened2/3 cup sugar3/4 cup canned pumpkin 2 large eggs1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. vanilla extractDash of ground clovesDash of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350. Beat lowfat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, and spices in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and beat until just blended.
Pour into crust
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refridgerate 3 hrs. or overnight.
Cut into 10 equal slices
