Macaroni Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 box Elbow Macaroni2 cans Whole Tiny Shrimp, not drained1/2 small Onion, finely grated5 heaping tbsp. Light Miracle Whip (or more to taste)Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
*Prepare macaroni per box instructions, cooking until al dente. Drain well; set aside.

*Grate onion into a large bowl

*Add shrimp and macaroni to bowl; mix well.

*Add miracle whip; mix until coated.

*Salt and pepper to taste.

*Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Refrigerate overnight for best taste. (Tastes better the longer the flavors can marinate together.)

*Before serving, add a small bit of Miracle Whip to moisten salad, if needed. (It can get a little dry sitting in the fridge.)

*Makes 10-1 cup servings.
