Turkey-Barley Soup

Ingredients
1 cup chopped cooked turkey6 cups turkey broth1 cup pearl barley, raw1 onion, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped3 carrots, chopped1 bay leaf, remove after cooking1 tsp dry thyme1/4 tsp marjoram1/4 tsp black pepper2 tbls fresh parsley
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Combine all the ingredients in soup pot or slow cooker. Cook over low heat in the slow cooker for 6 hours or simmer on the stove for 1 hour, or until the carrots are tender and the barley is soft.
