8-10 potatoes1 medium onion1/4 cup oil2 ribs celery2 tbs white vinegar1 cup mayonaisse2 tbs sweet pickle juice1/4 tsp pepper2 tbs chopped parsley (fresh)
boil skinned potatoes. in a small bowl mix oil, vinegar, and pickle juice. Pour over the potatoes and let it
cool. When the potatoes are cool, cut into cubes. Add
everything else and toss gently. Refrigerate for 4-6
hours.
