Meaty Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups egg noodles (measured dry- I used Ronzoni Smart Taste when calculating the recipe)1 1/2 lbs of extra lean ground beef1 cup skim milk1 cup light sour cream (I used Daisy brand)2 tsp dried parsley2x 10.75 oz cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Cook noodles in a large pot, following package instructions. When finished, drain.
While noodles are cooking, brown beef. Drain fat.
In a bowl or the pot used to cook the noodles, combine soup, milk, and sour cream.
Stir in peas/carrots and parsley.
Stir in noodles and beef.
Lightly coat a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray (not included in nutrition calculation)
Transfer the casserole contents into the casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
