Maria's Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey (16oz)Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain Oatmeal (1/2cup)Sweet Chili Sauce (4tbsp)Diced Onion (optional-1/2cup)Arnold Sandwich Thin - 100% Whole Wheat (4 servings)Tomato Slices (4)
Directions
Hand mix the ground turkey, oats, onion, sweet chili sauce and any other seasonings you'd like to add together. After thoroughly mixing in a medium bowl, let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the mixture to firm up. Make into 4 patties and either grill or cook in a medium frying pan until cooked.

Serve on a sandwich thin with a tomato slice. You can also omit the sweet chili sauce and just use mustard.
